08:30 am – Depart Cairns on a 45-minute catamaran ride to Fitzroy Island
09:15 am – 11:45 am – Enjoy 2.5 hours of free time on Fitzroy Island (swim, walk, snorkel, or relax)
12:00 pm – Board the vessel for your Whale Watching tour (approx. 90 minutes)
1:30 pm – Return to Fitzroy Island
2:00 pm – Depart Fitzroy Island
2:50 pm – Arrive back in Cairns
Optional: Stay longer on Fitzroy and take the 4:00 pm ferry (arrives Cairns at 4:50 pm) – subject to availability. Please check with crew on the day or contact reservations in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to re-schedule or alter all or part of a reservation.
We are required to notify the operator of any cancellations within the specified cancellation period. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your cancellation request with adequate time, and during our standard business hours (9 am-5 pm), to allow us to contact the tour provider. All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent via email to: [email protected]. Any emails received outside of these hours will be considered received the following day.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
20% cancellation fee 24 hours or more before departure
100% cancellation fee within 24 hours before departure and for "No Show"
If you fail to arrive at a scheduled tour departure time, you will not be refunded any part of your tour costs. Tour departures may not be delayed due to passenger circumstances, including events beyond your control, medical problems, airline delays, weather, etc. All passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation insurance, evacuation, and medical cover. Please read the wording of your insurance policy carefully and ensure it covers you for all potential activities.

Children’s prices are from 4 – 14 years of age. Families consist of 2 Adults and 2 Children aged 4 to 14 years of age. 0 to 3 years old travel free of charge. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
